Exactly three months after arriving in the United Kingdom, I had the chance to see the rest of the country that is not Wolverhampton or West Midlands or Birmingham. To be finally somewhere else after several weeks of stress in all forms indeed felt like a breath of fresh air. And I couldn’t be more thankful to share that experience with close relatives and newfound friends.
London Eye in the morning is not as breathtaking as in the evening but I still fell in love with it.
The weather during the five-day trip was generally in our favor and we couldn’t be more thankful.
And these are the crazy people who made sure we didn’t get lost in the busy streets and the tube rides
Probably one of mt favorite shots from the trip!
Just one of the busy streets in Leicester Square
So since I was the only person who probably didn’t get a decent shot with the Big Ben on the first day, we intentionally went back the next day just so I can have my photo opportunity.
And I almost died the moment I tasted this gelato. Pistachio, guys, pistachio!
Not a big fan of steaks so forgive me if I say I might never really understand medium rare ever.
Of course, I just had to cap the second night with icecream in the freezing weather (however, in my defense, it was not as freezing as West Midlands weather).
